The Storm is a very expensive starfighter that was designed to by used by high ranking officers. It has very good defences and an overall good performance. Due to it's luxury features, such as leather seats, and its great cost it could never be used in large numbers as a combat fighter. Many Grand Moffs and other government officials enjoy the Storm as their personal fighter.
